International Partnering Event of the Posidonia Exhibition

The event is being organized by the National Documentation Centre - coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network-Hellas and co-organised by the Athens Chamber of SME’s (ACSMI), the Materials Industrial Research & Technology Development Centre S.A. (MIRTEC) and the Sector Group Maritime Industries & Services of the Enterprise Europe Network. This year, MariMatch 2022 will be a hybrid event where participants will have the chance to have meetings either on-site face-to-face (7 & 8 June 2022), or online through the b2match platform (9 - 30 June 2022), or both.
Few events can match the concentration of international buyers that gather at the Posidonia Exhibition. For over 40 years this largest gathering in the shipping calendar has provided unique access to Greek and international ship-owners and buyers. In 2020, the pandemic and the subsequent health restrictions did not allow the physical holding of the Posidonia 2020 exhibition. Nevertheless, shipping professionals managed to unite through the eMariMatch 2020 event, which was held within the "Posidonia Web Forums Week". Thus, the participants had the opportunity to arrange online meetings and chat via video calls. The eMariMatch event was attended by 178 participants from 28 countries and over 220 online meetings were held
